Manager Security Admin shall be responsible for preparation of security staff deputation and posting / transfer plan. Will ensure effective administration of all affairs related to HR, Legal and Admin reports directly to the Chief Security Officer.

Responsibilities

  • General Administration & security of Security Directorate and subordinate offices;
  • Posting/ Transfer/ Attachment of security staff as per policy;
  • Promotion/ Up-gradation of security staff;
  • Preparation and disposal of discipline, inquiries and court cases;
  • Assist CSO NGC in extension of contract/ regularization of staff;
  • Processing of Retirement/ LPR/ Pension/ GP fund cases of security staff;
  • Process scholarship cases for children of security staff;
  • Review and reconciliation of Administrative Budgeted Funds
  • Develop deputation and Posting/ Transfer plan;
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance Department for all security staff related matters;
  • General administration of Transport / POL.
  • Inventory keeping of office equipment / Furniture and Accessories.
  • Will be focal person for correspondence regarding Prime Minister Pakistan Citizen Complaint Portal.
  • Move sanctions of Officers/ Officials of HQ.
  • Processing of all kinds of leaves of HQ Officers / Security Staff as per the leave policy.
  • Coordinate with HR- Department / Finance Department for purchasing stationery items from local market.
  • Perform periodic performance appraisals for the departmental staff (in coordination with the HR Department);
  • Issuance of Admin related policies.
  • Processing / handling cases of Shuhadas & Injured security staff
  • Report to CSO and senior management on Admn, HR and legal related matters;
  • Represent CSO in various forum in absence of CSO,
  • Perform and look after the office of CSO in his absence, as nominated by CSO.
  • Assist CSO NGC in his tasks, where required; and
  • Perform any other/ special task assigned by CSO NGC.



  • Identify and assess on ground security risks faced by the NGC and facilitate the implementation of effective security risk management practices;
  • Review / Finalize fiscal requirements of security operations in the respective regions;
  • Ensure the availability of required resources to carry out all the tasks related to security in the respective region;
  • Provide Chief Security Officer with recommendations on staff promotions and career development;
  • Ensure that all the technology and equipment needs of the security staff at respective formations are identified to ensure that the security processes are performed efficiently and cost effectively;
  • Ensure that the performance of tasks and the conduct of security staff within the Field Formation are in accordance with the approved policies and procedures;
  • Develop and implement procedures for detecting, reporting, and responding to security events and incidents;
  • Maintain liaison with the government agencies related to security matters in the respective region;
  • Close liaison with formations and share security related information and render professional opinion on security matter;
  • Establish a security culture with the cooperation of management to facilitate a secured environment;
  • Coordinate and ensure availability of security staff for the safety/protection of the foreigners;
  • Initiate the discipline cases of security staff through regional Dy Managers (Security) in coordination with Manager (Security) Planning, Admn & Coord. Processing of post visit reports forwarded by DM Security at field.
  • Processing of Arms, Ammunition and License cases; Responsible for physical safety/ security of NGC installations;
  • Coordinate with MOI/ MOE, Home Department, SSD, SPU & LEAs regarding security affairs;
  • Physical visits to Field Installations/ Foreigners camp & work sites with prior approval of CSO NGC;
  • Assess security risks faced by the NGC and monitor the implementation of effective security risk management practices.
  • Look after training of security staff.
  • Responsible for planning of security aspects of upcoming NGC sites.
  • Supervise issuance of RFID cards for NGC/ WAPDA employees.
  • Handling of all aspects related to KPID.
  • Provide input on security risk into the operational plan, strategic initiatives and natural climatic disaster.
  • Recommend to CSO NGC where business units can enhance security infrastructure with technological advancement and latest trend.
  • Undertake research into the field of security and develop policies, standards of performance and procedures.
  • Maintenance and updation of Ops Room.
  • Assist CSO NGC in his tasks, where required.
  • Will act as CSO NGC in his absence.
  • Will represent CSO NGC in meeting / conference in his absence.
  • Perform any other/ special tasks assigned by CSO NGC.

The maximum age limit for the above-mentioned position is 55 years on closing date of advertisement.

The mentioned position is contract-based on fixed lump-sum package.
