Responsibilities

→Lead and oversee national HR operations, including workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment
→Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and regulatory compliance
→Drive talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organization
→Manage employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning to enhance workforce productivity
→Ensure effective execution and adoption of HR systems for streamlined HR operations and reporting
→Partner with leadership to provide guidance on organizational development, policy enforcement, and change management
→Promote a positive corporate culture through strong communication, collaboration, and employee relations practices
→Oversee training and development programs to build capabilities and support career growth

Requirements

Proven experience handling HR operations at a national or multi-site level
Strong background in employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruitment, and training
Hands-on experience with HR systems and processes; ability to implement and optimize HR technology
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; able to influence at all levels
Experience in corporate HR environments with demonstrated ability to combine strategy and execution
