About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead the overall Human Resources function and drive people strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the overall HR function and people strategy

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business goals

Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee relations

Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development

Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, culture, and organizational effectiveness

Lead and develop the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices

Monitor HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations to senior management

Manage organizational change and support business transformation initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in a leadership role

Proven experience leading an HR function or large HR team

Strong background in HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development

Experience working with senior executives and business leaders

Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills

Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
