Responsibilities

→Lead organizational diagnostics and assessments to identify capability gaps, performance trends, engagement insights, and opportunities for improvement, translating findings into actionable interventions.
→Design and implement organization development initiatives, including organization design, workforce planning, role clarity, operating models, and leadership effectiveness programs.
→Drive change management and transformation efforts by developing change strategies, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and supporting adoption across the organization.
→Facilitate workshops, team effectiveness sessions, and leadership development programs to strengthen collaboration, accountability, decision-making, and organizational culture.
→Develop and monitor OD frameworks, tools, and metrics to measure program effectiveness, track outcomes, and ensure sustainable organizational improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Organizational Development, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Change Management, HR Transformation, or Organization Design, including leadership or people management experience.
Proven experience leading end-to-end OD initiatives, including assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation across multiple stakeholder groups.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage leaders and cross-functional teams effectively.
Strong analytical and project management capabilities, with experience using data and insights to drive organizational decisions and business outcomes.
