Responsibilities

→Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and sales activities in line with company policies, principles, and the directives of the Assistant Vice President - Sales
→Engages with customers and industry partners to evaluate and promote enhanced and expanded services within the assigned area
→Develops operational plans for the effective use of materials, machines, and workforce
→Reviews production costs, product quality, and adjusts production and inventory control strategies to maintain and enhance the branch's profitability
→Monitors competitor operations and formulates sales programs aimed at expanding market reach
→Oversees the preparation and accuracy of accounting records
→Prepares and recommends the annual budget to management
→Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time
