HST Pathways is on a mission to transform healthcare with innovative software technology that enables surgery centers to provide more cost-efficient patient care and better outcomes. Our suite of solutions spans the entire case lifecycle, including scheduling, care coordination, clinical documentation, and revenue cycle. Backed by Bain Capital, we are the fastest growing ASC software company and serve over 1,700 clients, but we’re just getting started and have plans to 10X the value we offer. Responsibilities

- →Manage and prioritize a large, active pipeline in Salesforce with precision and follow-through.
- →Become an expert on HST’s products, the ASC industry, and the key challenges our customers face.
- →Represent HST with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm on every call, email, and interaction.
- →Collaborate closely with peers and leaders to refine messaging, share wins, and continuously improve.
- →Bring creativity, optimism, and a solution-oriented mindset to every challenge.

Requirements
~1 min read- Preferred: Prior clinical healthcare experience or prior SDR or inside sales experience
- Confident and resilient on the phones (50+ calls per day).
- Proven ability to manage time and pipeline effectively using Salesforce and LinkedIn.
- Comfortable leveraging modern sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Slack, Teams, etc.).
- Strong communication and organization skills with high attention to detail.
