Your Mission
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations while delivering high-quality support to employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the HR Operations team in day-to-day activities and contributing fresh ideas to continuously improve processes and ways of working.
Managing employee data, HR records, and administrative processes with a high degree of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and compliance at all times.
Coordinating and supporting non-employee management processes.
Prioritizing multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high level of service quality in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Taking a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and driving operational excellence through continuous process improvements.
Collaborating closely with the HR team to ensure efficient execution of HR operations and administrative activities.
Providing timely and professional support to employees and internal stakeholders on HR-related matters.
Your Profile
Initial professional experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a comparable function, and/or a completed degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in Human Resources; experience in a research, technology, or international environment is considered an advantage.
International experience across different functions and/or countries is a plus.
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a collaborative mindset and strong intercultural awareness, particularly in European and Asian working environments.
Openness and adaptability to working in a diverse and international environment.
Fluent English language skills; German and/or Chinese language skills are an advantage.
Basic knowledge of German labor law and immigration or visa-related processes is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.
