This role sits within our Technology team, which empowers the firm through secure, scalable, and innovative solutions. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in driving Salesforce and enterprise technology projects that streamline operations and elevate client service.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions and architecture
- →Lead project delivery across platforms, with a strong focus on Salesforce, using Agile methodologies
- →Build customized workflows, dashboards, and automations to support diverse business units
- →Integrate AI-powered tools to enhance knowledge management, search, and automation
- →Ensure platform stability and user satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- →Document and deliver training and enablement resources for system users
- →Support change management, including communications and adoption strategies
- →Stay on top of emerging technology trends, especially in AI and automation
- 6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, product management, or technical consulting
- 4+ years hands-on experience administering and building in Salesforce environments
- Exposure to large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or Apex
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems in a fast-paced setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
