Senior Solutions Engineer

This role sits within our Technology team, which empowers the firm through secure, scalable, and innovative solutions. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in driving Salesforce and enterprise technology projects that streamline operations and elevate client service.

• →Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions and architecture
• →Lead project delivery across platforms, with a strong focus on Salesforce, using Agile methodologies
• →Build customized workflows, dashboards, and automations to support diverse business units
• →Integrate AI-powered tools to enhance knowledge management, search, and automation
• →Ensure platform stability and user satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• →Document and deliver training and enablement resources for system users
• →Support change management, including communications and adoption strategies
• →Stay on top of emerging technology trends, especially in AI and automation

• 6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, product management, or technical consulting
• 4+ years hands-on experience administering and building in Salesforce environments
• Exposure to large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT or Claude
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or Apex
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems in a fast-paced setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
