Ideals Virtual Data Room (VDR): Secure document sharing and collaboration for due diligence, fundraising, corporate reporting, licensing, clinical trials, and other complex transactions.

Ideals has been in the Virtual Data Room space since 2008 and has built a trusted reputation with clients across multiple industries in Europe, including Orcan Energy, E-Gruppe, Deloitte, and EY.

To support the next stage of Ideals VDR growth in Germany, we are looking for a Business Development Associate / Account Executive (hunting role) based in Berlin. Joining our DACH Field Sales team alongside your teammates in Munich and Frankfurt, you will proactively prospect outbound opportunities, acquiring new customers with the ultimate goal of closing deals.

As a front-line, quota-carrying team member, you will actively reach out to 30-40 new customers monthly, overseeing a pipeline with 50+ opportunities. Engaging proactively with key account decision-makers across Finance, Banking, and other sectors, you will contribute directly to our growth story in Germany.

Compensation package: 50% base salary; 50% performance-based variable.
