  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale onboarding
  • Identify and engage potential clients to build a strong and qualified sales pipeline
  • Lead client conversations, understand business needs, and negotiate win-win partnerships
  • Provide expert guidance on our products and ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Support new clients through their first 90 days to ensure a smooth transition to the Account Management team
  • Ensure accurate execution of sales processes and internal standards
    • 1–2 years of relevant sales experience is preferred; startup or logistics industry background is a plus. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
    • Hunter mentality with strong initiative, curiosity, and resilience
    • Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making skills
    • Can-do attitude and grit to pursue and close opportunities
    • Understanding of mobile and web technologies
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms
