A hunter mentality with proven ability to generate business opportunities and close new contracts.
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a startup-style environment.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Fluent Spanish and professional English.
Flexible location within Spain (Madrid or Barcelona), with high mobility required as the role involves frequent client visits and market development.
