You are a senior discussion partner with experience managing key accounts. You will work closely with the marketing, R&D, and sales teams to further develop innovation strategies together. Your mission is to successfully guide renewal processes, maximize business growth through tailored solutions, and increase customer satisfaction. Your clients are located throughout North America, giving you the unique opportunity to visit them!

Requirements
~1 min readYou have at least 5 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably as a key account manager, customer success manager, or a comparable position in a B2B environment.
You have completed a bachelor’s degree (HBO level).
You have experience with consultative selling and with up-selling and cross-selling.
You have proven experience managing large key accounts and working at C-level.
You have excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
You are results-oriented, proactive, and have a strategic mindset.
You have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate at multiple levels within an organization.
Experience in the dynamic food and beverage industry is a plus.
You are highly structured and process-driven, capable of building frameworks and bringing clarity to complex commercial workflows.
You are a strong team coordinator who works effectively with internal partners—including consultants, analysts, support, sales, and the technical team—to ensure seamless delivery for clients.
