• →Support recruitment operations and maintain accurate candidate data and reports.
• →Gather talent market insights and feedback from new hires across LATAM, with a focus on Brazil.
• →Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• →Support candidate sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels.
• →Assist with job posting, employer branding, and talent attraction activities.
• →Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition coordination, administration, or customer-facing support roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with MS Office, ATS platforms or LinkedIn is preferred.
• Intermediate level of English and/or Spanish.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
