As Jabil continues to grow in Osijek, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support our employees and managers across a variety of HR activities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The HR Business Partner supports day-to-day HR activities, working closely with managers and employees on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee development. The role helps ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with company policies and local legislation.

Responsibilities

Support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.

Assist with employee relations and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

Coordinate employee benefits and training activities.

Maintain employee records and HR data in HR systems.

Prepare HR reports and support HR projects and initiatives.

Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other departments to deliver effective HR support.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
Good understanding of HR practices and local employment legislation.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Fluent in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.
