BIM Modeler, Physical Security

Work closely with our Project Management and Construction teams to utilize BIM modeling to create drawings that are of the highest level of detail and accuracy.

• Manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and quality on all related files and models
• Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling support, attend coordination meeting
• Liaising with engineers to gather system requirements and designs
• Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
• Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CAD & Revit systems.
• Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the project team.
• Ensuring final designs are compliant with regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing and complex projects while being able to successfully meet the requirements
• Troubleshoot any BIM related issues
• Manage BIM project benchmarks to meet project deadlines
• Contribute to the documentation, dissemination and monitoring of standards, best practices, and industry advancements

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Candidates with Knowledge of in a related industry (Security, BMS, ELV etc.) are preferred
• Advanced skills in MS Office and Autodesk software such as AutoCAD,Revit etc
• Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Good written in English and Bahasa and verbal communication skills with both internal and external.
• Good interpersonal and communication with both internal and external.Strong team player and ability to multi-task
• Willing to travel frequently.
