Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager – HVAC (Chillers) to manage end-to-end execution of HVAC projects, specifically focusing on chiller installation, commissioning, and testing. The candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time while ensuring quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• →Manage end-to-end project execution of HVAC systems with a focus on chillers
• →Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning (ITC) activities at project sites
• →Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• →Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC, vendors, and internal teams
• →Drive site planning, execution strategy, and resource management
• →Monitor project progress and resolve any technical or operational challenges
• →Ensure compliance with EHS and quality norms
• →Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS updates
• →Support project closure including handover, documentation, and billing coordination

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in HVAC project execution
• Strong experience in Chiller systems (installation, commissioning, testing)
• Hands-on exposure to project management & site execution
• Experience working with large commercial / industrial HVAC projects
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of contracts, project planning, and execution lifecycle

• Candidates from HVAC / MEP / Building Services industry
• Experience in companies handling chiller-based HVAC projects
