Role Summary
This role is part of the Impact Solutions team, within Entertainment Ad Sales, spanning high-impact properties across our key marquee properties across the Entertainment GEC vertical, namely Bigg Boss, Khatron Ke Khiladi to name a few. The incumbent will be responsible for ideating and building creative, content-led brand integration opportunities rooted in consumer insights, show narratives, cultural moments, and advertiser objectives. The role requires close collaboration with frontline sales, programming, marketing, and production teams.

The individual must bring a creative mindset with strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of brand storytelling, and an eye for detail to deliver differentiated entertainment-led solutions.
  • Translate client interactions into powerful creative solutions, using insights into category, audience behaviour, and brand narratives to unlock monetization.
  • Lead end-to-end project management from ideation, creating presentations, pitching, pre-production alignment, shoot supervision (where relevant), and post-production delivery.
  • Partner with frontline sales to decode brand briefs and craft actionable concepts that are editorially feasible and commercially viable.
  • Spot integration and content opportunities across shows, characters, episodes, special events, movies, and digital extensions based on category insights.
  • Strengthen the sales funnel by sharing category trends, competitive analysis, and show-led solutions with sales teams.
  • Work closely with creative agencies and internal stakeholders (Programming, Marketing, Legal) to ensure seamless delivery of brand commitments.
  • Coordinate delivery of sponsor entitlements across tentpoles, awards shows, movie premieres, reality properties
  • Collaborate with content & promo teams to create AVs, promos, digital assets, and co-branded content that maximize brand visibility and storytelling.
  • Evaluate impact and effectiveness of brand integrations through pre- and post-campaign analysis; refine strategies based on performance.
