As a Senior Territory Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding access to innovative transcatheter heart valve therapies across your assigned territory. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for healthcare professionals and clinical stakeholders, combining strong cardiovascular knowledge with strategic commercial expertise. The role centers on building lasting customer relationships, understanding local market dynamics, and influencing clinical and purchasing decisions. You’ll identify new business opportunities while developing and executing territory plans aligned with regional objectives. Working in a fast-paced medical technology environment, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute directly to advances in structural heart care. Your work will help strengthen adoption of evidence-based technologies designed to improve outcomes for patients with cardiovascular disease.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned territory and customer base, applying a strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, physiology, and relevant medical technologies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with cardiologists, clinical teams, healthcare organizations, and other key market influencers.
- Expand the customer and stakeholder network within the territory and strengthen market positioning through effective communication, creativity, and influencing skills.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs, feedback, objections, and purchasing priorities, and communicate the value of relevant products and solutions effectively.
- Develop and execute an annual territory plan designed to achieve sales and regional business objectives.
- Monitor market conditions, customer organizations, competitive activity, and opportunities for territory growth.
- Apply knowledge of competing products and market dynamics to support effective commercial strategies.
- Manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Maintain compliance with applicable organizational, health and safety, environmental, and operational requirements.
- Contribute to additional activities and responsibilities as needed to support territory and business objectives.
Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant medical device and/or clinical experience.
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology relevant to structural heart technologies.
- Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and its application in cardiovascular care is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of medical-device products, including their strengths, limitations, and competitive positioning.
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of the medical-device industry, selling environment, and healthcare landscape within the assigned territory.
- Strong knowledge of customer organizations and the market factors that influence their needs and purchasing decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence customers using tact, diplomacy, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and convert them into business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clinical, commercial, and other internal stakeholders.
