At Phamily, we partner with specialty medical groups to transform how they manage chronic conditions, combining AI-driven workflows with operational support to improve patient care and practice performance. We’re hiring an Account Manager to own and grow our specialty partnerships across oncology, cardiology, nephrology, and more.
This is not a support role. You’ll act as a strategic partner, helping clients translate Phamily’s solution into real, measurable clinical and financial outcomes. You will directly influence how specialty providers deliver care and generate sustainable revenue through care management programs. This role has clear ownership, high visibility, and the opportunity to shape long-term client success. We are looking for a commercial-minded relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving retention and account expansion through data-driven consultation.
