Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate positions across India.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop hiring plans.
• Manage recruitment agencies, sourcing channels, LinkedIn Recruiter and employer branding initiatives.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and hiring effectiveness.

• Manage onboarding, probation reviews, confirmations, transfers and exit processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Oversee attendance, leave administration, payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
• Support employee mobility requirements including visa processing, travel coordination and insurance.

• Coordinate annual performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews and appraisals.
• Partner with managers to identify development needs and succession planning opportunities.
• Design and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee capability and leadership effectiveness.

• Lead employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs and recognition activities.
• Support implementation of Great Place to Work (GPTW), DEIB and employee well-being initiatives.
• Drive internal communication and culture-building programs to strengthen employee experience and retention.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and internal policies.
• Support HR audits, policy reviews and documentation management.
• Coordinate POSH compliance activities and employee awareness programs.

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and management reports.
• Track recruitment, attrition, engagement, diversity and training metrics.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Oversee office administration activities through the Admin Officer.
• Support vendor management, procurement coordination and facility management.
• Coordinate leadership visits, company events and employee-related logistics.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and Global People & Culture teams on cross-functional initiatives.

• Act as the primary People & Culture contact for employees and managers.
• Support the Director on strategic people initiatives and organizational planning.
• Coordinate with Global People & Culture teams to ensure alignment with international standards and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in HR and administrative functions, preferably in a corporate or MNC environment.

  • Strong command of MS Office, HRMS tools, Microsoft apps, AI tools and calendar management systems.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi languages.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive and independent working style.
