At JOIN, we believe hiring should be easy, fast, and fair - for companies and candidates alike. That’s why we’re building intuitive, powerful recruiting software that helps businesses of all sizes find the right people effortlessly.
As our Senior Revenue Operations Manager (Tools, Automations & AI), you’ll own and evolve our commercial systems architecture. Your focus will be building, optimizing, and scaling the tooling and processes that power our Sales, Account Management, and Support teams.
You’ll translate commercial initiatives into structured workflows, automation logic, CRM architecture, and clean data systems. Your work ensures that our customer-facing teams spend less time on admin and more time building relationships.
This role is essential to operationalize major commercial changes and build scalable infrastructure for the future.
Responsibilities
~2 min readYour work will directly impact how we scale and operate as a commercial team. Here’s what that looks like:
- →Own and manage our commercial toolstack – Full ownership of HubSpot (advanced admin level) and all connected GTM systems (e.g. Aircall, Clay, Zapier). You are responsible for architecture, integrations, and long-term scalability.
- →Build and implement complex CRM automations – Design and maintain multi-object workflows (e.g. lifecycle logic, renewal triggers, routing, structured handovers, AI-enriched data flows). You think in trigger → condition → action logic and manage dependencies across objects.
- →Drive structural system improvements – Lead large architecture topics such as CRM object restructuring, organizational structure representation, support/AM integration, and documentation automation.
- →Leverage AI in operational workflows – Integrate AI into processes beyond basic chat usage (e.g. scoring models, enrichment flows, AI steps inside automations, API-based workflows). Evaluate where AI adds real operational value.
- →Ensure data & process quality – Establish standards for data integrity, eliminate duplicates, proactively monitor workflow errors, and maintain clean data flows across tools.
- →Reduce admin time for customer-facing teams – Automate manual tasks and simplify workflows to free up Sales and AM teams for high-value customer interactions.
- →Support commercial teams operationally – Resolve ad-hoc admin and tooling requests efficiently and continuously improve systems based on feedback.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Support, Marketing, and Product. You’ll report directly to the Interim Head of Sales and act as the operational backbone of our commercial organization.
