We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Leader to lead our team and drive revenue through advertising and media sales opportunities across JOLT charging stations. In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies, build and manage strong client relationships, and consistently achieve revenue targets to support the company’s growth ambitions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from advertising and media sales across various channels and platforms.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales approaches.

  • Be responsible for owning and growing an Agency patch.  

  • Develop and negotiate annual revenue commitments from advertisers within agency patch. 

  • Identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts to secure sales agreements.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers to drive sales opportunities and maximize customer satisfaction.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, setting clear goals and expectations to drive performance.

  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and client management capabilities.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Media Sales experience essential. 

  • Leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Understanding of advertising and media sales processes.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, including data-driven insights and client responses.
