Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 annually plus team-based override commission
Position Overview: The Residential Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable residential growth across assigned markets through disciplined sales leadership, storm response execution, and team development. This role focuses on regional expansion, recruiting and training high-performing sales teams, strategic lead generation, strong cross-functional coordination, and delivering a best-in-class, referable customer experience.

Essential Functions:
- Own regional residential sales performance, including revenue, margin, KPIs, and execution discipline
- Lead weekly sales meetings focused on pipeline health, accountability, coaching, and performance improvement
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop high-performing residential sales teams through structured training and one-on-ones
- Drive market expansion and lead storm-response strategies, providing hands-on leadership during storm events
- Coordinate storm execution and sales initiatives with Marketing and Operations for consistent market delivery
- Identify, implement, and optimize lead generation programs across storm, retail, referral, and partner channels
- Build and convert strategic relationships with GCs, property managers, HOAs, and partners into repeat revenue
- Standardize product offerings, enforce customer experience standards, and partner cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and construction methods
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Alignment with company values and professional standards
- Proficiency with documentation tools, photography, and basic technology
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Education and Experience:
- 3–5+ years of residential sales leadership experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience in storm-driven and retail residential sales environments
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and scale sales teams
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
- Regular travel to job sites and client locations
- Ability to perform inspections requiring climbing, standing, bending, and working at heights
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in the company’s random drug testing program
- Weekend work may be required based on inspection, service, and workload demands
- Must comply with OSHA regulations, safety requirements, and company safety policies
- Must be able to safely access elevated work areas, including ladders and roofs where applicable
