Front Counter Sales Representative

It’s a mix of customer service, sales, and coordination with the shop team.

• →Help customers find the right tires and services based on their needs
• →Prepare quotes, explain options clearly, and complete transactions
• →Answer calls, book appointments, and keep customer records up to date
• →Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
• →Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• →Resolve customer concerns in a practical and professional way
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
• Strong communication skills and a practical, problem-solving approach
• Comfortable recommending products and closing sales
• Interest in the automotive industry (experience is an asset, not required)
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Commitment to following safety processes
