- →Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and networks.
- →Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- →Experience hiring for multiple functions including technology and research roles.
- →High ownership, organisation, and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- →A passion for purpose-driven work, social impact, and ethical hiring.
- →Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth organisation.
