We are looking for a driven and experienced Team Sales Manager to lead tractor loan sales through direct teams, brokers, and dealers. The role involves managing a team of field sales executives, driving business volumes, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in vehicle finance and team leadership, with a focus on productivity, collections, and customer engagement. Lead a team of 5–7 field sales executives to drive tractor loan sales. Manage business volumes of approx. 500–600 tractors annually (~₹20 Cr). Handle refinance business, early default collections, and team productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and brokers. Work on existing customer data to generate new business opportunities. Ensure smooth operations and performance within the assigned area.
