• →Maintain SOP concerning sales and expenses
• →Lead by example and create an environment where all our team of memorymakers flourish and grow
• →Ensure new team members are properly onboarded, recruit, Hire and trained
• →Involvement in beverage purchasing to ensure we meet our budget goals
• →Oversee overall staffing to ensure we meet our payroll goals
• →Oversee and maintain all company policies
• →Floor presence during shift
