Position Overview
LevelUp is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a crucial part-time role focused on fueling our sales pipeline. This position involves working directly with the founder to scale the sales and marketing side of the business. The role demands a proactive, self-starter attitude and a comfort level with testing various outbound outreach methods, including cold calls, emails, social selling, and WhatsApp messaging. The SDR will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients, serving as the initial point of contact to build strong rapport. A key focus of this role will be closing low-ticket deals and smoothly transitioning larger, qualified leads to the founder. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a robust work ethic, resilience, and a coachable attitude, all while remaining eager to learn and contribute to our growth within a dynamic startup environment.

Leverage the GoHighLevel platform to identify, prospect, and generate a high volume of qualified leads.
Conduct proactive outbound outreach to potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, and other creative channels.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our SaaS products to prospects and effectively overcome objections.
Qualify leads and book appointments or conduct product demonstrations on behalf of the founder.
Manage the full sales cycle for low-ticket deals, from initial contact through to finalizing the sale.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all sales activities and lead statuses within our CRM.
Consistently meet and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the founder to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and to refine ongoing sales strategies.
Must-Have: Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, complete with a proven track record in successfully closing deals.
Must-Have: Demonstrable experience in high-ticket sales, even if your primary past roles involved low-ticket items.
Must-Have: A proactive and self-starter mentality, comfortable working autonomously, setting priorities, and testing new outreach strategies in an environment with limited existing SOPs.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong resilience and a proven ability to handle objections and rejection gracefully.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and open to coaching.
Comfortable with a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) setup.
Nice-to-Have: Experience selling SaaS products, particularly those related to paid marketing.
Nice-to-Have: Familiarity and hands-on experience with the GoHighLevel platform.
This is a fully remote, part-time position.
The work schedule is often a night shift to align with UK hours (approximately 7 PM - 11 PM PH time).
