We are looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Assistant / Junior Chef to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cooking, is eager to learn, and wants to grow within a professional hotel kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

* Support senior chefs during service

* Follow food safety and hygiene standards

* Help with stock rotation and ingredient storage

Requirements:

* Passion for cooking and willingness to learn

* Basic kitchen experience is a plus (not essential)

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Flexible with working hours, including weekends
