Responsibilities
~1 min readIn this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with key technology partners, primarily property management systems. You will handle everything from commercial negotiations and contract closing to coordinating integrations and driving product adoption with internal teams. This is a dynamic position where you will manage a global portfolio of partners with a focus on the North American market.
- Coordinate with new and existing partners to manage integrations and define strategic roadmaps.
- Drive the adoption of our integrated products by working closely with partners and internal stakeholders across marketing, product, engineering, and sales.
- Manage the full commercial lifecycle of partnerships, including complex negotiations, contract closing, and discussions around commercials and incentives.
- Nurture and grow existing partner relationships through regular check-ins, QBRs, and proactive issue resolution.
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners to expand our ecosystem and unlock new revenue opportunities.
- Leverage AI tools to automate reporting and create deliverables that provide clear insights on partnership performance to leadership.
- Manage a global portfolio of accounts, acting as the key point of contact for partners who may be based in the US or internationally.
You'll be joining our small but mighty Global Partnerships team! We're a small team, with teammates located across Europe and the US, creating a truly international and collaborative environment. Our team is responsible for building and managing the critical technology partnerships that are essential to Lighthouse's success. We work hand-in-hand with sales, product, and marketing to ensure our partner ecosystem is thriving and driving value for our customers. We're a lean, focused, and fun group that manages relationships indirectly generating millions in ARR, and we're excited to welcome a new member to help us expand our impact.

- You have 4-6 years of experience in a partnership management role.
- You have a background in the travel tech or SaaS industry.
- You possess strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiation, closing contracts, and discussing concepts like revenue share and referral fees.
- You are skilled at managing the full partner lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding new partners to nurturing and growing existing relationships.
- You are a natural collaborator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams like product, sales, and marketing to achieve shared goals.
- You thrive in a global environment and are comfortable with the flexible hours required to connect with a team across different time zones.
- You are based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX or Denver, CO, and can work in a hybrid model.
- You are willing to travel 2-3 times per year for conferences and team meetings, including internationally.
- An interest in leveraging AI tools to automate reporting and generate business insights.
- Experience working with Salesforce or other Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software.
- Direct experience within the hospitality industry.

In addition to benefits and other Lighthouse total rewards, the annual base salary for this role is $81,000.00 - $99,500.00 USD + variable component. We benchmark our salary ranges for new hires in relation to the role, level, and role location; however, we consider a multitude of factors, to include relevant experience, skills, and education/training, to determine compensation within the identified range.
