Our Brooklyn office is where the North American chapter of Luzmo is being written. As an US Account Executives, you won't be executing a playbook someone else built — you'll be helping build it.
Responsibilities

Own your territory and quota end-to-end: from prospecting through to close

Drive new client acquisition across the US market, managing complex and competitive sales cycles

Build and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and contribute to weekly team reviews

Work closely with our SDR and marketing teams to align on outbound targeting and messaging

Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and strong retention from day one

Share learnings with the broader sales team (US and EU) to sharpen our collective approach

Absorb the product deeply — our buyers are VP Engineering and VP Product, and they'll test your knowledge
2–4 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling to technical or product buyers
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a full-cycle AE role
Hunter mentality: you're comfortable building your own pipeline, not just working inbound
Strong communication skills — you can make a technical product feel simple and valuable
Comfortable with ambiguity: we're a scale-up, not a Fortune 500, and we move fast
Based in New York, available for 3 days/week at our Brooklyn office
Experience selling into VP Product, VP Engineering, or similar personas is a strong plus
Base salary: $80,000–$100,000 depending on experience
OTE: $160,000–$200,000 (50/50 split, uncapped)
