Sales Development Representative (Property & Commercial Insurance) - Freelance, Remote

Our client is a California-based real estate, property management, and advisory firm expanding its Property & Casualty insurance services. They operate on fiduciary principles with a deep emphasis on integrity, transparency, and long-term client trust. They partner with property owners, businesses, investors, and HOA boards to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.

This role exists to fuel the growth of the client’s Property & Casualty insurance division by generating qualified opportunities through disciplined outbound outreach and consistent follow-up. The SDR will build a healthy pipeline, educate prospects on Property, Commercial, Business, and HOA insurance solutions, and coordinate quotes and applications. By aligning closely with internal property management and advisory teams, this role converts demand into revenue while delivering a high-touch, trust-centered client experience.
