In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions, the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Must-haves

• 1 to 3 years leading a BDR or SDR team at a SaaS or technology company, with documented attainment against team targets.

• A repeatable hiring process for BDRs, you know what an A-player looks like at screen and can evaluate for it consistently.

• Demonstrated ability to coach rep behavior and change output, not just report on it.

• Data fluency: you pull your own reports, read pipeline signals before they become problems, and coach to leading indicators.

• Comfort operating with a remote manager while building your local team in person, day to day.

• Experience holding cross functional alignment with Marketing and Sales ops to pipeline outcomes, not just pipeline intent.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or operations buyer personas.

• Familiarity with the CMMS or EAM software category.

How We Work
We work in-person from our Raleigh or Denver office, 5 days/week. We reward output and promote quickly when people deliver. We hire for what you have built, not what your title was, and we have honest conversations early when the fit is not right.
This is an in-person role. You're joining an existing Autodesk office and an established XDR org, but you're the first to bring MaintainX's BDR motion there. You bring the experience and the drive to build your local team; we give you the platform, the brand, and a playbook that already works.

Compensation and benefits. Base pay is one part of the package. Depending on the role, compensation may also include commission, an annual bonus and equity. Benefits differ by country.
