Join our Global SDR team within the Acquisition department to fuel our expansion across Europe. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in launching the sales cycle. Your mission is to generate and qualify high-quality leads through structured outbound prospecting and to provide a reactive response to inbound inquiries to ensure a robust pipeline for our Account Executive team.

Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound sequences via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Inbound Reactivity: Respond with high reactivity to inbound inquiries (web forms, demo requests, events).

Structured Qualification: Conduct initial discovery and structured qualification using the Pain, Urgency, and Fit framework.

Value Pitching & Objection Handling: Deliver clear, concise, and compelling value pitches that articulate Malt's unique ROI, and handle top-of-funnel objections professionally using our prescribed playbooks.

CRM Hygiene: Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene by logging all activities and updating core opportunity fields in a timely manner.

Seamless Handover: Pass well-qualified leads to Account Executives with comprehensive documentation of discovery and clear next steps.

Educational Background: You possess a high-level education ideally in business, communications, or a related field.

Sales Experience: You bring 1+ year of experience in a high-activity sales or prospecting role.

Tech Savviness: You have experience with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) and multi-channel outreach platforms.

Sales Mindset: You demonstrate strong resilience, curiosity, and the ability to articulate value in a fast-paced environment.

Languages: You have full proficiency in English and speak German on a native level.

First call with Niko, our Talent Acquisition Lead, to better understand your background, aspirations, and answer any questions you may have. (45 minutes)

Interview with your future manager, Celine, Director SDR Global, to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (45-60 minutes)

Home assignment for you to complete, which will be evaluated by Céline and an Account Executive in order to assess your technical skills.

Final interview with our Head of Account Executive team to discuss Malt’s long-term vision.
