Reporting to the Executive Chef, this offers an exciting opportunity to learn, create and grow in a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment. • →Working alongside experienced chefs across our hotel kitchens and venues
• →Learning essential culinary skills, food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• →Assisting with service for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events
• →Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety and presentation
• →Contributing to a creative, supportive and energetic team environment

• A genuine passion for food and the hospitality industry
• Willingness to learn, take direction and develop new skills
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Eligibility to undertake a Commercial Cookery apprenticeship in Australia

No previous kitchen experience required—just enthusiasm and commitment.
