ABOUT THE ROLE

• →Deliver exceptional guest service that is engaging, attentive, and tailored to each guest's individual needs.
• →Accurately take and process In Room Dining orders, ensuring all special requests, dietary requirements, and guest preferences are communicated and fulfilled.
• →Prepare, deliver, and present beverage and food orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner, maintaining W Hotels' luxury service standards.
• →Set up and clear In Room Dining trays, trolleys, and service equipment efficiently while maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest corridors, pantries, and work areas.
• →Develop a thorough knowledge of menu offerings, beverage selections, ingredients, and preparation methods to confidently assist guests with recommendations and upselling opportunities.
• →Collaborate closely with Culinary, Bars, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless order delivery and an exceptional guest experience.
• →Ensure all cash handling, billing, and room charge procedures are completed accurately in accordance with company standards.
• →Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and workplace cleanliness at all times.
• →Anticipate guest needs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through the delivery of personalized service.
