We are looking for a confident, charismatic, and passionate Head Mixologist at Minus one bar to lead our bar operations and team.

• Lead the daily operations of the bar while creating an energetic and memorable guest experience
• Lead, motivate, and develop the bar team, ensuring clear expectations and consistently high standards
• Manage beverage policies, procedures, liquor controls, inventory, par levels, portion control, and costs
• Support beverage menu development, promotions, and new ideas
• Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Communicate important information to the team and ensure everyone is prepared for events and changing business needs
• Listen to guest feedback, resolve concerns, and continuously look for ways to improve the experience
• Support training, onboarding, performance development, and corrective action when needed
• Collaborate with the wider Beverage & Food  team and support other outlets when required

• Previous experience

Working alongside Jan Šebek, one of the leading figures of the Czech cocktail scene, you’ll become part of a team focused on pushing the boundaries of modern bartending and creating memorable experiences through cocktails.

Jan is also a winner of the Czech national Diageo Reserve World Class competition, placing among the top five bartenders globally in 2023, as well as a winner of the international Johnnie Walker Challenge in São Paulo.

At Minus One, cocktails are more than drinks. They are part of an immersive experience combining storytelling, design, gastronomy, music and modern mixology.

The bar offers different cocktail worlds, from reimagined classics and innovative signature cocktails at Poppy to the more intimate and experimental Occulto, where cocktails become part of a unique Fine Cocktail Dining experience.
