Restaurant Host/Hostess (80hours/month) - W Prague

We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Host / Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will help create an exceptional dining experience and ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• →Welcome and seat guests.
• →Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage the reservation system.
• →Maintain waitlists and coordinate guest seating.
• →Communicate with guests and collaborate with the service and kitchen teams.
• →Ensure tables are properly prepared and maintain cleanliness of the host area.
• →Provide excellent customer service and support the smooth operation of the restaurant.

What we expect 

• →Friendly and professional attitude.
• →Strong communication and organizational skills.
• →Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• →Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage, but not required.
• →Knowledge of the Czech language is a strong advantage.
