Responsibilities

  • →Support the day‑to‑day operation of the restaurant, ensuring seamless and efficient service
  • →Lead, motivate and coordinate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • →Monitor dining areas for service standards, seating availability, guest satisfaction and overall ambience
  • →Conduct opening and closing duties, ensuring all areas, equipment and supplies are prepared and secured
  • →Oversee stock control, including inventory checks, ordering and maintaining appropriate supply levels
  • →Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly with professionalism and care
  • →Assist with training, scheduling and performance management of team members
  • →Act as a role model, providing coaching and guidance to support team development
  • →Ensure compliance with all health, safety and company policies and procedures
  • →Maintain accurate documentation and support administrative tasks as required
  • →Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity and service quality

  • Proven experience in a high-end restaurant environment, ideally within a luxury hotel
  • Previous supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in a high‑pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A guest‑centric approach with a focus on delivering memorable experiences
  • Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
