- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise platform accounts, identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Marketplace, Drop Ship, and Catalog Manager products, managing complex sales cycles end-to-end with support from regional and specialist teams
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at strategic accounts, serving as their go-to partner for marketplace strategy and growth
- Develop and execute account plans that align client business objectives with Mirakl's roadmap, unlocking expansion opportunities across multiple markets and business units
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless, high-value experience throughout the client lifecycle
- Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape to proactively address client challenges and position Mirakl as the definitive platform of choice
- 8+ years in account management, sales, or client success roles managing global or strategic accounts in a SaaS or technology environment
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell motions with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise clients
- Experience working in an international context, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances across EMEA markets
- Strategic thinker with the ability to design and execute long-term account plans that create mutual value
- Strong business acumen to understand complex client business models and connect them to Mirakl's solutions
- Outstanding communication skills for engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across multi-stakeholder, international environments
- Financial and analytical rigour to interpret complex contracts and assess revenue implications with confidence
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to proactively build pipeline and unlock new growth opportunities

- Interview with Stanislas (VP Account Management Global) — Deep dive into your account management approach, commercial track record, and motivation
- Values-based interviews — Conversations with colleagues from across the business to assess alignment with Mirakl's core values
- Sales pitch exercise — A strategic presentation to demonstrate your commercial thinking and approach to enterprise account management
