• →Proven experience in project management within a fabrication or industrial manufacturing environment.
• →Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards.
• →Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• →Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• →Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
• →Ability to build resource loaded schedules, understanding of critical path and float.
• →Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• →Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• →Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
• →Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and support Great Basin Industrial’s core values.
• →Preferred bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, or Engineering.
• →6+ years experience in managing industrial projects and fabrication environment.

The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Regularly walk, stand, and navigate active fabrication shop environments
• Occasionally climb ladders, access elevated work areas, and use manlifts
• Perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and visual inspection of work
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials up to 25–50 pounds as needed

• Exposure to dust, noise, and industrial hazards
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times

• Ability to work extended hours, including overtime, weekends, or swing shifts as needed to meet project deadlines
