• Previous cooking experience, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Attention to detail and a passion for preparing high-quality meals.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to speak and read English.

• →Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus, recipes, and dietary requirements.
• →Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the appropriate temperature.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and work area at all times.
• →Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control policies and procedures.
• →Monitor food inventory and assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• →Collaborate with dietary staff to accommodate special diets and resident requests.
• →Assist in cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.
• →Communicate effectively with team members and residents to ensure a positive dining experience.
• →Adhere to all regulatory and organizational standards.
