Sales Development Representative (Covington, LA)

As an SDR at Netchex, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth — identifying and engaging net-new prospects through aggressive outbound calling while partnering closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline and accelerate deals. You’re not just setting meetings; you’re starting relationships that turn into long-term Netchex customers.

• →Actively and aggressively seek out new customers through outbound calls
• →Partner with Account Executives to identify contacts, research opportunities, and coordinate outreach strategies
• →Leverage AI capabilities in ways of working
• →Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual activity quotas
• →Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• →Represent Netchex at industry events, conferences as needed
• →Be the kind of teammate people want to sit next to — bring the energy, a positive attitude, and a genuine investment in the team's success, not just your own quota

• 1-2 years of B2B sales experience (payroll strongly preferred)
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily
• Comfortable using or eager to learn AI tools to enhance prospecting, craft sharper messaging, and identify opportunities faster than the competition
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with high energy and a competitive drive
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (CRM tools preferred)
