We are looking for a high-impact Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale our business in Spain. This is a build-from-scratch role, requiring someone who can create pipeline, close large deals, and establish Newton as a strong player in the region. You will own the market, drive revenue, and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Build the Europe market — pipeline, clients, and revenue
- →Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure → scaling
- →Drive aggressive revenue targets, with a strong focus on new business acquisition
- →Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to Spain
- →Build and manage relationships with agencies, advertisers, and performance marketers
- →Identify and unlock opportunities across performance marketing, mobile, and programmatic solutions
- →Work closely with global teams (Client Success, Product, Operations) to ensure campaign performance and client retention
- →Represent Newton in the market through client meetings, industry events, and partnerships
- →Establish Newton as a credible and preferred partner in Spain
- →Operate with a high-ownership, founder mindset, driving outcomes and accountability
- 8–10 years of experience in digital advertising / adtech / performance sales
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and building revenue pipelines
- Strong network across agencies, advertisers, and partners
- Experience in building and scaling markets or new business verticals
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, mobile ecosystem, and programmatic advertising
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal structure
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong pipeline built within the first 60–90 days
- Early traction through new client wins
- Consistent quarter-on-quarter revenue growth
- Establishing a strong and credible market presence for Newton
