This high-volume, full-service Polished Casual restaurant needs a Chef de Cuisine who can keep quality high when every table is full. You will run the back of house, develop your team, and shape the food guests talk about. Pay is $90,000 to $110,000 per year, plus bonus potential.

• →Lead daily kitchen operations through heavy dinner and weekend rushes
• →Coach, schedule, and develop line cooks, prep cooks, and sous chefs
• →Control food cost, waste, ordering, and inventory with discipline
• →Enforce recipe specs, plating standards, and consistent quality on every plate
• →Uphold food safety, sanitation, and health code standards daily

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef
• Background in high-volume, full-service restaurant kitchens
• Strong command of food cost, labor, and P&L management
• Natural leader who builds loyal, accountable, motivated teams
• Calm under pressure with a sharp eye for detail
