NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a talented Kitchen Manager to join our team in Foley. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to lead culinary operations in a high-volume restaurant environment, orchestrating a dynamic kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

As a Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards. You will manage inventory, staffing, and training while collaborating closely with the front-of-house team to create a seamless service experience. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the restaurant industry.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, along with opportunities for career advancement and benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety standards
  • Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high productivity levels
  • Order supplies and manage inventory to control costs

  • Monitor food preparation and presentation to meet restaurant standards

Requirements
