NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a skilled Kitchen Manager to oversee our high-volume casual dining establishment in Teterboro. This full-time, on-site position presents an exciting opportunity for a culinary leader to manage kitchen operations and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

As the Kitchen Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing kitchen staff, managing inventory, and maintaining food quality and safety standards. You will be instrumental in crafting menu items, optimizing kitchen workflows, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced restaurant environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a supportive work culture that values creativity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory and supply ordering to minimize waste
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance skills and performance
  • Monitor food preparation and presentation for quality assurance
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control initiatives
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to address concerns and improve processes

Requirements
