NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager at our Scratch Kitchen in Columbus. This full-time, on-site position is an excellent opportunity for a culinary professional looking to take the next step in their career while making a significant impact in the restaurant industry.
As the Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager, you will oversee kitchen operations, manage food preparation, and ensure the highest quality of dishes served to our guests. You will play a key role in menu development, staff training, and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment. Join us to lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences and to drive our Scratch Kitchen's vision forward.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, along with a supportive work culture and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities

- →Manage daily kitchen operations and staff schedules
- →Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- →Train and mentor kitchen staff
- →Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- →Collaborate with front-of-house staff for seamless service
- →Implement and maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- →Monitor food costs and labor costs to maximize profitability
- →Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques
Requirements

- Strong leadership and team management skills
