About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Online KAM to build and scale Nothing’s online business in Thailand. This role owns marketplace growth, drives campaign strategy, and ensures alignment across distributor-operated Official Store and retail online channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own online revenue growth across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and key retail online channels
  • Work closely with our Distributor to drive Official Store performance
  • Plan and execute major campaigns (Brand Day, Mega Campaign, Flash Sale)
  • Align pricing and promotion strategy across channels to protect brand positioning
  • Monitor performance daily — traffic, conversion, stock, ROI
  • Solve channel conflicts before they become problems
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution
  • 3–6 years in e-commerce or marketplace account management
  • Hands-on experience managing Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop
  • Strong commercial mindset — understands P&L, margin, and campaign ROI
  • Data-driven and comfortable working with numbers
  • Fast execution, high ownership, proactive problem-solving
  • Experience in smartphone / tech / consumer electronics is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment
