We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for providing operational support for the global advisor relations function, including IP compilation to address external analysts or advisor queries, data collection, program management, and reporting. PRINCIPAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES • Ensure ISG Research teams are informed with the most current and important case studies, offering information, and catalog details, to best position NTT DATA effectively and accurately. • Facilitate and drive submissions in all ISG awards and recognition programs as appropriate (i.e. Star of Excellence, Paragon Awards). • Provide backend support for all Advisor Relations internal data collection, study-related RFI submissions, and collating briefing content. • Maintain internal records for all research study submissions and provide regular status reports. • Additionally, provide support in maintaining and growing the knowledge base for the advisor relations team and keeping the information center updated. QUALIFICATIONS • Proven experience in responding to analysts and advisor enquiries. • Ability to comprehensively absorb and integrate NTT DATA's services and offerings, to educate and influence advisors/analysts and potential clients. • Candidate should have prior experience navigating multiple internal portals and researching internal resources to respond to enquiries. • Prior experience in strategy/IT sourcing advisor or analyst firms, or prior experience workingas an influencer relationship manager in a global IT services company, is highly desirable o Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in simple business terms to all levels of management, including senior leaders. • Self-directed,independentthinker, with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Good problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills are also required, with the ability to change thinking or gain acceptance in sensitive situations. • Requires abachelor’s degree and 1+years of related experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education. EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree MBA/MS or other advanced degree(s) desirable. TRAVEL Ability to travel as required (approx. 10%) TECHNICAL SKILLS Demonstrates working knowledge with business software applications and tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and MS-Outlook
